I Whip My Hair Back and Forth - Willow Smith

Dear Blog,

It has been days since we last talked. Indeed much has happened!!! On Saturday we did absolutely nothing and it felt pretty great. We attempted to walked to the Orsay museum, but turned around and slept in the rain. The weather here has been pretty terrible. On Sunday our friends Kelly and Rachel came to visit us. We have been in a wine and cheese haze for the past two days. Rachel has turned us on to Willow Smith's new single "I Whip My Hair Back and Forth." It's pretty rad (just kidding, it's mediocre). We attempted to drink at a French/Cuban bar, which was successful, but only just. We had Champagne Mojitos, but it took a couple hours. Then we had some questionable meat from a falafel stand. Casey bought a hat. Then we parted ways and Casey and I drank some wine slushies at 2 am. This morning we met back up with Kelly and Rachel and headed back to the Louvre to recap our Italian painter friends while it rained. After that we took the Metro to the Galleries Lafayette and walked around merchandise that was far too expensive for us to even be near. Tonight we went to an incredible Moroccan restaurant and then walked to the Ile St. Luis to get ice cream. This was unsuccessful. The French do not like to work on Mondays. Then we walked around the river and Notre Dame and decided that London can wait while we have friends in town. We had planned on going to London in the morning, but decided since we have friends in town, and it didn't rank high on our to-do list, it will be put off for a different day. We walked back and got some Super Crepes from a man named Nutella and now we are on our way out to enjoy the evening. Pictures to follow!
